  • Botanical Name: Zamioculcas zamiifolia 
  • Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal, but it can tolerate low-light conditions. Avoid direct, harsh sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. 
  • Soil: A well-draining potting mix, such as one with added perlite, pumice, or wood chips, is perfect. 
  • Watering: Water only when the top layer of soil is dry to the touch. The plant's rhizomes and leaves store water, making it very drought-tolerant and requiring infrequent watering. 
  • Fertilizing: Apply a well-balanced liquid fertilizer every 3 months during the growing season (spring and summer). 
  • Pests: Can be susceptible to mealybugs. 
  • Toxicity: All parts of the ZZ plant are mildly poisonous if ingested and can cause an upset stomach or skin irritation. 
  • Yellow Leaves: Often a sign of overwatering. 
  • Brown Tips: Can indicate a lack of nutrients or light, or exposure to heat and direct sunlight. 
  • Drooping Leaves: May be a sign of underwatering or very dry air.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within one days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at bazodoenterprises@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging , and mail your return to the following address:

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to shipping.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange . We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
