Shalimar Shade Net is made from HDPE material with an added UV stabilizer which makes the fabric Untearable, Long Lasting, and can be easily exposed to the sun’s heat without getting damaged. It can also sustain Heavy Rains and Winds. Shalimar Fence Net is reinforced with Ultrasonic Eyelets and comes along with a Rope for easy tying and installation. Shalimar Shade Net is ideal for Outdoor Gardening, Fencing / Terrace Gardening, Partitioning, prohibiting animals from entering, Decorative backgrounds, covering of open balconies, etc. It can be conveniently washed and dried. Shalimar Shade Net is available in 50 % Shadow sizes (3 x 50) in meters (Breadth X Length) .

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within one days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at bazodoenterprises@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging , and mail your return to the following address:

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to shipping.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange . We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

• To ensure a smooth resolution for missing items, refunds, or returns, we highly recommend including a video of yourself opening the parcel. This video will help us verify the condition of the received items and expedite processing your request.

• In the unfortunate event that some items are missing from your order after a thorough check, we will promptly work towards resolving the issue. You can choose between having the missing items reshipped to you free of charge or receiving a full refund for the missing items.
• In case you receive a package that appears tampered with, including situations where the packaging is already opened or the number of packages is less than what you ordered, please kindly refuse the delivery.
